Soft Play is a specially designed mobile indoor/outdoor play area with play equipment that is made from soft material and very thick padding. It provides a safe and controlled environment for kids ages 0-5 years old to crawl, climb, slide and have fun while developing important skills such as balance coordination and problem solving.
No, our equipment can be rented for any activity or events where kidswill attend. For example, Baby showers, Community events, Play Dates, Festivals, Retail events, Daycares etc. However, the soft playground use is just for children 5 years and under.

Playgrounds can be setup forBOTH indoor and outdoor use. For outdoor use the area MUST be on a level ground that is free of debris, dirt, or gravel. During high temperatures that exceeds 75 degrees we require a tent or canopy that can be provided for an additional charge. However, If the area is well shaded, then it can be setup without a tent. Our team can evaluatethe intended space and determine if it’s safe for the equipment to be installed.
Unfortunately,our equipment cannot be rented in any of these conditions and if there is a high probability of rain; 50% or greater, between the delivery time and end of event timeframe, we cannot setup.
Absolutely, our Bounce Houses can be rented by itself or as an Add-On to any of our packages.
All of our soft play equipment including the soft mats and balls are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each use. You can rest assured and the have peace of mind that everything delivered to you is clean and hygienic.
Joyful Jamboree staff will deliver and setup all the equipment. Upon completion of the rental, our staff will return toinspect,dismantle,and pick up the equipment.
No. Unfortunately all of our equipment has to be delivered and installed by our staff.
Parents and the renter of the equipment are responsible for supervision of all the children using the equipment at all times. Joyful Jamboree DOES NOT provide onsite supervision unless its requested; It will incur additional fees of $150.
The standard soft playground rental time is for 4 hours. Extra hours if available can be added for $75/ hour. Please call us to discuss full day rental costs.
While we hope that you do not have to cancel, we do understand that things happen. In the event that a cancellation is needed, please be sure to contact us via phone or email as soon as possible. Cancellations that are 7 business days or more prior to the event will receive a full refund of the deposit. However, cancellations less than 7 business days prior to the event date will result in the loss of your deposit.
We expect that all our renters will use our equipment safely and cautiously. If there are any issues,please call Joyful Jamboree’s support team immediately andinstructions would be provided. Upon pick up, the playground would be inspected by our staff and if shoe prints, food and/or drinks, mud, face painting or any other stains are found, a $250 deep cleaning fee may apply depending on the severity of the stains or damage.
Any item that is damaged or broken due to negligence and/ or misuse would be subject to the cost of replacement.
LWP requires a $100 refundable security deposit at the moment of reservation. It can be paid via check by mail or Credit Card. Amount is requested to cover any broken and/ or damaged items as well as any cleaning fee due to severe stains. Once LWP staff is ready to pick up the equipment, items would be inspected and amount to be refunded would be determined. LWP agrees to refund the deposit within 10 business days via check once all playground has been cleaned and inspected deeply.
Renter agrees to pay the 50% of the total amount at the moment of reservation. Remaining balance is due 10 days before the event date. Equipment won’t be delivered nor installed until full payment is received. Payment method may be via check by mail or Credit Card. This last one has a 4% Processing Fee. Any insufficient funds on checks would have a $30 charge and amount will be deducted from Security Deposit.
Renter agrees to sign an agreement and waiver at the moment of booking. Also agrees that accidents may happen but waives the responsibility on LWP. Renter agrees to sign the liability waiver provided on the agreement on behalf of all the children that will make usage of the playground and equipment of LWP to release the responsibility on the company for any accidents/ incidents that may occur at the playground during the rental time.
Our equipment consists mostly of soft play equipment, which is very safe for kids. Also, it is on a gated space with soft foam tiles. This helps with any falls kids might have. Joyful Jamboree also agrees to clean and sanitize all equipment before and after each rental. Upon Set-up, the renter does a walk through with our staff and approves/ agrees for the setup and equipment.
- NO shoes of any kind areallowed in the Soft Play area.Everyone must wear socks.
- Playground is only to be used by children 5 years and under.
- Parents are responsible for ALWAYS watching out and supervising their children while on the soft playground.
- Maximum capacity of playground is between 10-15 children at once depending on playgroundsize.Our Bounce house has maximum capacity of 6children at the same time.
- Food items including Candy, drinks, liquids and or sharp objects of any type are NOT allowed.
- No face painting, confetti and glitter is allowed within our softplay equipment area as it can stain and damage the equipment.
- No pets of any kind are allowed in any of our equipment.
- Joyful Jamboree equipment is NOT allowed to be taken out of the playground or the location where it was booked.
- No Otherequipment except ours is allowed within the playground. Strollers, car seats, bouncers and/or any other baby/ kid items are NOT permitted within the playground.
- No Vandalism of any kind is tolerated.
- All balls from ball pit need to be put back inside upon pick up.
- Equipment cannot be taken apart nor moved. Fences CANNOT be moved nor removed from playground at any time.
- LWP equipment is not meant to get wet. Water activities inside or nearby are strictly prohibited.
- No water activities is permitted inside or nearby our equipment as it can damage the soft play ground
