- We require a deposit of $100 to secure your booking.
- Deposit is refundable up to 2 weeks BEFORE the event.
- The Total balance is due 48 hours before the event.
- If the event is outdoor, please check the weather in advance and if there is any chance of rain, please have a backup indoor space available.
- Joyful Jamboree is responsible for delivery, set up and pick up of the soft play equipment.
- Joyful Jamboree strongly recommends an indoor or shaded area as a second option to avoid cancellation.
- Our rental is set for 4 hours of play with applicable fees for every additional hour.
- We will not set equipment if it is raining or there is chance of rain.
- In the unforeseen event of rain, equipment must immediately be moved indoors.
- Joyful Jamboree LLC is NOT liable for any accident, injury or damage that occurs while the equipment is under responsibility of the hiring party.
- All of our equipment must remain inside the play area including the ball pit balls
- If equipment is damaged or lost at the time of pick up, a fee will be charged for the full replacement value of the damaged or lost item.
